World Vision’s commitment to children with disabilities

World Vision is making bold, organization-wide commitments to support children and adults with disabilities across nearly 100 countries. Guided by our faith and gender equality and social inclusion (GESI) policy, we work with partners to integrate disability inclusion across our health, education, child protection, and emergency programs. Since the 2018 Global Disability Summit, World Vision has strengthened data collection, staff training, and program design to be more inclusive. In 2022, we committed to expanding our reach to children with disabilities fivefold by 2026 and deepening engagement with organizations of persons with disabilities (OPDs), ensuring inclusive education, health, and livelihoods for all.
