Layering social accountability interventions to strengthen local education systems

Strengthening education systems is a complex challenge, and this ex-post evaluation explores how seemingly fragmented social accountability interventions have contributed to education systems strengthening in the Dominican Republic. The key finding highlights that various stakeholders working towards a common goal can layer short-term reform efforts, gradually enhancing the system’s functionality and effectiveness.
