Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI) promotes human transformation by addressing the root causes of vulnerability, such as restrictive socio-cultural norms and unequal power dynamics, ensuring the most vulnerable populations, including women, children, and marginalized groups, are supported. This toolkit provides guidance and tools to help staff integrate GESI perspectives into all stages of project Design, Monitoring, and Evaluation (DME), aligning with international standards and best practices. While not exhaustive, it encourages users to explore additional resources to complement its use and serves as a valuable resource for program teams, implementing partners, and government stakeholders working toward gender equality and social inclusion.
