This document outlines World Vision’s Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI) Approach and Theory of Change, which are essential for achieving our global strategy, “Our Promise,” and its child wellbeing objectives. As a child-focused, faith- and community-based organization, World Vision is committed to serving all people, irrespective of nationality, race, religion, or gender. The GESI Approach provides guidance on fulfilling the organization’s promises to support the most vulnerable children, their families, and communities. It also contributes to World Vision’s global impact framework by helping promote evidence-based, GESI-transformative change.
