World Vision’s Women’s Economic Empowerment Framework and Program Quality Assurance Standards (PQAS) aims to build a common understanding of the pathways of change required for women to be economically empowered alongside men – to the benefit of their children.
The WEE Framework and PQAS is intended for World Vision staff advising or overseeing livelihood programs – as well as for key partners and supporters of livelihoods programs. This briefing paper provides an overview of the WEE Framework approach, indicators and evidence.
