This report shares findings from a large-scale regional study conducted by World Vision across Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Thailand, and Vietnam. The study explores knowledge, attitudes, and practices related to trafficking in persons, with a focus on the vulnerabilities of migrant populations. Nearly 10,000 young people, caregivers, and community members participated, offering insights that inform World Vision’s “End Trafficking in Persons” (ETIP) program and broader efforts to prevent trafficking. The findings also contribute to the development of a new approach for measuring reductions in vulnerability and offer valuable guidance for governments and organizations combatting trafficking in the Greater Mekong Subregion.
