World Vision Thailand’s Anti-Human Trafficking Decent Work program addresses the exploitation of migrant workers from neighboring countries by integrating health, labor rights, and social protection services across key sectors such as fisheries, agriculture, construction, and manufacturing. Working with local governments, NGOs, and international partners like the U.S. government, IOM, UNDP, and the ILO, the program focuses on capacity building, victim-centered care, safe migration awareness, and policy advocacy. In 2023, it reached over 32,000 adults and 600 children, supporting migrants’ access to legal protections and promoting fair labor practices throughout the Greater Mekong Subregion.
